Black Box surprise (: #blackbox
1. Blueberry Muffins
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs or 1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
Strawberry/Banana/Raspberry Greek Yogurt Ice Cream
I put greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, milk, and ice in the blender to make the “ice cream part” Then blended a banana, some raspberries, and some strawberries for a couple of seconds and then mixed it in with the yogurt. After I crushed up some graham crackers and mixed it in and sprinkled some on top. Put it in the freezer for around 4 hours and then it was good to eat.
It was super easy to make and It tastes really good and the only sugar in it was from the fruit and honey.
God has a place rest for us, even in the midst of our busy and challenging days. It isn’t an escape from stress- it’s an oasis of calm despite the demands. #WordofGod
